What cannot be answered by email
Whether your own installation is safe. No photo or description replaces someone standing in front of your panel with a meter, so questions like that get a short and honest no.
How long it takes
Usually a few days. This site is written beside a working week, so a reply is not instant, but every message is read.
If something is unsafe right now, do not wait for an email. Burning smells, scorch marks, a breaker that trips again and again, or a shock from an appliance are reasons to stop using the circuit and call a licensed electrician today. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
